You’re only charged when your video is ready

At checkout, our payment system places an authorization hold on your card. Funds are captured only after your video is rendered and verified ready for download. If the AI pipeline encounters an unrecoverable error or fails to complete the generation, the hold is automatically released — you pay nothing.

Failed videos in a pack

For the 3-video Drama Pack, any generation attempt that fails to produce a video costs nothing: if the pack charge was captured, the proportionate amount ($5.00 per video) is automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Other refund requests

Because AI visual rendering depends on unique facial, fur, and lighting characteristics of the uploaded photo, results naturally vary. We cannot issue refunds merely because an AI output differs in appearance from another demo. However, if an output suffers from corrupt media, distorted audio, or pipeline breakdown, please reach out via our Contact page within 7 days with your transaction ID or order link for a prompt refund or re-render.

Timing

A released authorization hold usually disappears from your statement within 1–3 business days. Settled card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
